The story

Most teams we meet have no shortage of AI ideas. The difficult part is turning one of them into something people can actually use. Projects often get stuck somewhere between a workshop, an engineering backlog and the team that owns the problem.

We saw this repeatedly while running more than 50 events, workshops and buildathons. Progress came when the people closest to the problem worked on a real version early. Even a rough first build gave the team something concrete to test, question and improve.

That is how CraftingProduct works today. We help teams define one useful outcome, build it with Lovable and test it with users. We also run workshops and company buildathons so teams can continue without depending on us for every change. VibeConf brings the same approach into a one-day conference: practical talks, demonstrations and live builds from people doing the work.

What the client needed

People in roles beyond engineering are increasingly expected to work with AI. Most conferences still give them trends and polished case studies instead of practical examples and access to other people building with the tools.

The outcome

We created VibeConf as a one-day conference at Pathé Tuschinski for 100 people. The programme has six practitioner-led sessions with talks, demonstrations and live builds, backed by the community we developed through meetups and workshops.

About us

CraftingProduct is an Amsterdam-based product and AI-enablement practice. We help teams build internal tools, customer experiences, prototypes and AI workflows with Lovable.

We usually start with one real bottleneck. We define what better looks like, build a usable first version with the people who own the process, test it and agree what happens next. Alongside delivery, we run workshops and company buildathons so teams learn the method and can continue the work.

Our community work includes Vibe Coding Amsterdam, more than 50 events and VibeConf. We work with teams across Europe and remotely.
