I went full-time on Partnership Mastermind the day my daughter was born.

I was a partnership operator, not a software engineer. But I had a long list of ideas for how our business should work, what our customers needed, and what partnership teams were missing.

Lovable changed what I could actually do with those ideas.

I started using it everywhere: sales, marketing, customer experience, internal operations, community, product, and eventually full production applications.

Instead of describing software to someone else and waiting weeks or months, I could build the first version myself, put it in front of users, learn, and improve it.

Over that period, I spent less than $3,000 on Lovable. Conservatively, we estimate the software we created would have cost roughly $350,000 to build conventionally. That is more than 100X in build-cost leverage.

More importantly, it fundamentally changed the speed and ambition of the company.
